Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please contact our reception team at least before 6pm the day before you are due to arrive. If you do, no fee will be charged. If you cancel too late or do not show up, one night's accommodation will be charged to the card provided when the booking was made.
For pre-payment bookings, no refund will be given.
