Have something to say to a large group? The Trafalgar Ballroom makes for a great conference venue, with a capacity of up to 400 people for cocktail receptions and 260 for banquets. If you're a large company in the Portsmouth area and need somewhere to gather your employees, we're a great choice. And if you need to address the public, it's always best to impress them with a nice location first!

Below Decks

Our Below Decks function room creates an atmosphere of being on board a Navy ship. The new decor has exposed overhead beams and pipework, engine room features and a Ship's bell. The portholes have recognisable 'views' of some of the Royal Navy's favourite ports.

This can be used for meetings and conferences, and also for dining and dancing, post conference.

Below Decks offers a large and versatile function room, with a mixture of fun and navy tradition, a large dance floor complete with mood lighting. Fully accessible facilities are available.
