Celebrate Burns Night with us in the Trafalgar Ballroom on Saturday, January 24, 2026


7-11pm


  • Piping in the Guests: Guests arrive to the sound of the bagpipes. 
  • Piping in the Haggis: The haggis is brought into the dining area to the sound of bagpipes. 
  • Address to a Haggis: The Address to a Haggis, one of Burns' own poems, is recited as the haggis is toasted and cut open. 
  • The Meal: The meal is served
  • The Immortal Memory: A speech is delivered, providing an overview of Robert Burns' life and work. 


The price is £35.00 for a 3-course meal and a wee dram on arrival

Pressed ham hock terrine with piccalilli, pickled cucumber ribbons and sourdough croute  

Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Roulade with winter leaves on a garlic croute

Haggis, Neeps and Tatties with a famous grouse cream sauce

Balmoral Chicken,

(chicken breast wrapped in bacon and stuffed with haggis served with potato cake, roasted root vegetables with a creamy whiskey sauce.
