Black tie, candlelight and an evening to remember

Arrive at seven to welcome canapés and a glass of something sparkling. Settle in to a beautifully prepared five-course tasting menu by Chef Peter Vella, finished with petits fours and freshly brewed coffee. Then — as the clock approaches midnight — a glass of champagne to raise together to whatever 2027 has in store.

Tables of two through to ten, bedrooms available if you'd rather not drive home, and not a paper hat in sight.

The Evening

Welcome canapés, five-course tasting menu, petits fours and coffee, finishing with a glass of champagne at midnight.

£110 per person. Over 18s only. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required at the time of booking and is transferable to another guest with 14 days' notice. The remaining balance, along with menu choices for every guest, is due one month before New Year's Eve. Subject to availability. Please advise the events team of any allergies or dietary requirements when you confirm your menu. Bedrooms available to book separately, first-come, first-served. Every booking supports our charitable work for serving and veteran Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Merchant Navy personnel and their families.
